Premium small batch Chardonnay from old vine hillside vineyards nestled below Mont Caroux. Our project is focused on regenerative farming and minimal intervention in the cellar. We’re farming 3ha by hand and foot to produce less than 5000 bottles per year.

Our 2024 Chardonnay — Calcaire comes exclusively from our 0.5ha vineyard “Les Barris”. This is our first vintage offering single-barrel, single-vineyard expressions of our two Chardonnay terroirs, each distinguished solely by the colour of their soils. Both wines have been farmed and vinified identically, offering a true opportunity to taste two distinct expressions of terroir.
The 2024 Les Barris is classic limestone Chardonnay: citrus driven and reductive, taut without being lean, and ripe without the weight that comes from our schist vineyard.

Our 2024 Chardonnay, blended from our two vineyards, carries echoes of our boisterous first vintage. 2024 offered us the opportunity to dial in our farming a little — and having the winery up and running before harvest was….. helpful. For the first time we left the wine undisturbed in barrel for two winters (18 months), letting it settle into its own rhythm.
The 2024 is everything we love about Chardonnay: complex, tense, reductive, yet aromatic in a way that is quite rare for Chardonnay. Balanced, singular and intriguing, we believe this wine will reward cellaring up to a decade.

Our 2024 Chardonnay — Schiste comes exclusively from our 1.5ha vineyard “Propiènous” from vines planted in 1988. This is our first vintage offering single-barrel, single-vineyard expressions of our two Chardonnay terroirs, each distinguished solely by the colour of their soils. Both wines have been farmed and vinified identically, offering a true opportunity to taste two distinct expressions of terroir.
The 2024 Propiènous is a singular expression of Chardonnay: floral, grilled pineapple, savoury, dense and saline.
